Hello, human, and welcome.
Allow me to advocate for the magic that is the human experience. Not because there is not work to do, nor intensity to feel. Because this earth is an astounding, complex, pulsing, teeming invitation you said yes to.
Because I believe you have unique and essential ingredients to offer here. Contributions to make, cycles to break, art to create, pleasure to receive. Because I believe we can create the world we yearn for, one heart at a time. But we cannot do it sleep-walking, numb, collapsed or half-dead.
And so: let me invite you to become rebelliously alive.
To embrace being in a vividly intelligent body, with a nervous system that is endlessly wise. To become fearlessly present. Facing everything, avoiding nothing. To know the wounds, limitations, challenges and conditioning you’ve experienced are not mistakes; they’re part of the assignment. To meet the essence of who you are, beneath and behind your survival strategies. To re-weave yourself into the connective tissue of all of Life, dismantling the illusion of separateness.
If you have a sneaking suspicion there is untapped courage within you and a desire to participate more fully while you’re here on this precious earth, this work is for you. Allow me to reintroduce you to yourself.
