Managing Activation
A lesson on the nervous system skill that changes everything in relationship.
What you're about to learn is one of the most practically useful things I teach - because it meets you exactly where relationship gets hardest: in the moment when you've lost yourself and don't quite know how to come back.
Even if you’re trauma-informed and non-violent-communication-aware and relationally skilled, I promise— you’ll receive something. My suggestion: watch the lesson first, with humility and an open mind. Then work through the worksheet at your pace - after a difficult moment, before a hard conversation, or simply to come face-to-face with your own patterns.
A world where we all have this skill is a different world indeed. Welcome to that paradigm.

a note before opening:
The worksheet is a tool for self-knowledge: a way of taking what you just watched and translating it into your life, your patterns, your body. Some people work through it immediately after watching, others come back to it after the next hard moment. Both are exactly right.
If this lesson resonated with you:
This is one piece of a much larger body of work.
The Lovers Collective is my ongoing group coaching space for humans who want to go deeper by practicing something different, in community, with real relational dynamics brought into the room.
Every week we gather for live teaching and hot-seat coaching. Members bring their actual lives. And something shifts in the watching, the witnessing, and the being witnessed.
If you feel the pull, the doors open again on June 23.
Not ready yet? That's okay too.
Keep the worksheet somewhere you'll find it.
